Why Moroccan Tajine Is More Than a Meal

In Morocco, tajine is not just food — it’s a story. A slow-cooked dish that brings family and friends together around one shared plate.

When you join our cooking class in Marrakech, we don’t just show you how to make tajine — we teach you why every step matters: from layering the vegetables, to seasoning the meat, to letting it cook slowly until the flavors blend.

We use fresh local ingredients, preserved lemons we make ourselves, and spices we mix in-house. Each tajine is cooked on a traditional clay pot, just like generations before us have done.

By the time your tajine is ready, you’ll have learned more than a recipe — you’ll have learned a piece of Moroccan culture.
